1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must not show signs of damage, wear, or use

For hygiene reasons, certain hair accessories may not be eligible for return once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
